Week 3, Practical 2..

During this lesson, I had learned that websites are classified into four resources which are personal, organization and subject-based. Some examples that I had found in Internet are listed below.

Personal http://rimchamp77.wordpress.com/
This is an author's blog for The Original Drug Manual for Kids.Every journals of this Blog are talking about drugs, including drug education, drug policy and health and fitness etc.

Organization http://www.drug-rehabs.org/
This is a website of Drug Rehabs organisation which is part of a not-for-profit social betterment organization. Services are provided at no cost. They are be there to assist you in finding a drug rehab for your specific alcohol or drug addiction problem.

Subject-based http://www.drugs.com/
Drugs information online. The whole website is about drug.

Organization http://www.impactinc.org/
This is a oganisation website. The aim of this organization is to help those drugs-abused people to change lives.

In my opinion, the main differences for the three types of websites are purpose and owner. Personal website may be part of an organizational page. It is created by one particular person to show his/her personal interests. Organization website, which is including company and university sites, sites of professional groups, society or organizations are maintained by a group people in an organization to publish information or news. Subjected-based website overlaps between the organizational sites and the personal sites, having a particular focus on one specified subject.
